Each package offers an online program with bite-sized modules across nine sections, featuring quick videos, short reads, and activities to help you reflect and gain clarity. You'll have access to a convenient mobile app and a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal for 12 months. Plus, lifetime access to all personal reflections you complete! Both packages provide unlimited 1:1 messaging support, ensuring you stay connected with Kristine throughout your journey. The Core Package includes one 30-minute onboarding session with Kristine. The Signature Package includes personalized, ongoing one-on-one live coaching with one 30-minute onboarding session and eight 45-minute coaching sessions.

You don't need any special experience. You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access and sound. Closed captioning is available. Everything is easy to access through our secure platform, and most features work on the mobile app.

You'll need a device with a camera and microphone for live video coaching with Kristine.

You decide! With the Core Package, you can move through modules at your own pace with the Self-Paced Program, completing it as quickly as you like. If you prefer a structured timeline, new modules unlock every 7 days with the Time-Driven Program, allowing you to finish in just over 7 weeks. The Signature Package with virtual (live video) coaching typically takes 9-18 weeks, depending on your coaching session schedule. Weekly sessions mean you'll complete it in 9 weeks, while biweekly sessions take 18 weeks. You have up to 24 weeks to finish all nine coaching sessions. Both packages include 12 months of portal access, so you can revisit modules anytime. Plus, you have lifetime access to any personal reflections you complete!

Our program is designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. Modules include short videos and quick readings, ranging from 30 seconds to 6 minutes. On average, participants spend 45-60 minutes per section of modules, depending on how deeply they engage with the reflection and discovery activities. The best part? You set the pace and can revisit any section whenever you need.
