My Story
For nearly two decades, I led coaching teams and partnered with over 100 different Fortune 500 companies, helping their employees tackle stress, burnout, and unhealthy habits. Time and again, this is what I heard:
“It feels like I'm just going through the motions."
“I just can’t seem to stay motivated.”
"Something's missing in my life."
“Is this really all there is?"
“My day is busy, but I don't feel fulfilled."
As I asked myself, “What’s at the root of it all?”, the answer became clear: a disconnect from purpose. As quality research on life purpose grew, it confirmed my thinking. Life purpose transforms every aspect of life. It provides clarity and focus, sparks energy and motivation, builds resilience and strength, improves relationships, and improves fulfillment and wellbeing.
The first big turning point in my life gave me the chance and a gentle push to ask "What do I truly want out of my work and my days?".
That was the moment I decided to create my company from the ground up, drawing on everything I'd learned as a coach and executive in health, well-being and human performance. I was driven to help people discover and live their WHY.
Then, another chapter unfolded - one that changed me in ways I never could've imagined. Unexpectedly losing my husband while evacuated from two back to back hurricanes shook my world.
From personal experience, I can share that my WHY has given me strength, clarity, and direction - even in the most challenging moments. I don't know where I'd be today if I wasn't clear on my purpose and how to live it in the service of others.
Today, helping others to start with WHY is what fuels me, and I'd be honored to walk with you on your own journey to find and live your WHY.

Here's what I was thinking as it took shape: the circular shape reflects the world, with its lower left shaded like a cloudy sky that gradually clears into bright, luminous blue. Just as clouds part to reveal an expansive sky, my purpose discovery programs help you to find your unique purpose. Dedication
My purpose discovery experiences are dedicated to Sean - my husband, partner, confidant, greatest supporter, and so much more. For 32 beautiful years, we shared a life full of love, adventure, and purpose.
Sean’s spirit is woven into every aspect of why I do what I do. His unwavering belief in me - and in the difference we could make together - remains the heartbeat of my work. This is for his legacy - one that inspires others to live life to its fullest.
