My Story
For nearly two decades, I led coaching teams and partnered with over 100 companies - helping their team members tackle stress, burnout, and unhealthy habits. Time and again, this is what I heard:
“It feels like I'm just going through the motions."
“I just can’t seem to stay motivated.”
"Something's missing in my life."
“Is this really all there is?"
“My day is busy, but I don't feel fulfilled."
As I asked myself, “What’s at the root of it all?”, the answer became clear: a disconnect from purpose. As quality research on life purpose grew, it confirmed my thinking. Life purpose transforms every aspect of life. It provides clarity and focus, sparks energy and motivation, builds resilience and strength, improves relationships, and improves fulfillment and wellbeing.
The first big turning point in my life gave me the chance - and honestly, the gentle push I needed to ask "What do I truly want out of my work and my days?".
That was the moment I decided to create my company from the ground up, drawing on everything I'd learned from years in health, well-being and human performance. I was driven to help people discover (or reconnect) with their sense of purpose.
Then, another chapter unfolded - one that changed me in ways I never could've imagined. Unexpectedly losing my husband while evacuated from two back to back hurricanes shook my entire world. And during this time my purpose became my anchor. It's helping me heal - giving me strength and clarity as I continue to create meaning and hope in my daily life.
Today, guiding others to discover their spark is what fuels me, and I'd be honored to walk with you on your own journey towards purpose.

Our purpose discovery experiences are dedicated to Sean - my husband, partner, confidant, greatest supporter, and so much more. For 32 beautiful years, we shared a life full of love, adventure, and purpose. Sean’s spirit is woven into every aspect of my company.
