My Personal Story
For nearly two decades, I led coaching teams with a firm that partnered with over 100 Fortune 500 companies. My daily work was focused on helping thousands of professionals manage stress, navigate burnout, and tackle high-pressure jobs.
Through those conversations, I saw a pattern. Even when at the top of their game, I witnessed similar sentiments:
“I'm just going through the motions."
“I'm busy, but I don't feel fulfilled."
“Is this really all there is?"
I realized it wasn't about a lack of desire or skill—it was a disconnect from purpose. I saw that you can be "successful" on paper while feeling empty inside. That realization was the spark for Clear Sky Wellness Coaching. I was driven to build something different: a practice that addresses the issue at its core by starting with WHY.
Then, my own principles were put to the ultimate test. Unexpectedly losing my husband while evacuated from back-to-back hurricanes changed me forever. I can tell you from the center of the storm: My WHY was my anchor. It gave me strength and clarity of direction to keep standing when everything was swirling.

The journey of discovering (and living) my purpose is dedicated to Sean—my husband, partner, confidant, and greatest supporter. For 32 beautiful years, we shared a life defined by love, adventure, and purpose.
